About a couple of months ago now, I decided it was time to get back into some sort of a shape after having 2 kids in under 2 years. Yes, ladies out there in this situation know what it does to your body! So I first joined Weight Watchers (again) and after a couple of weeks, I made a plan with my husband to walk 1/2 hour every morning before he went to work so he could stay home and watch the girls.

What a life changing decision that was! a simple 1/2 hour walk lifts up my mood for the day and I can really see the positive impact on my body as it is starting to firm back up. I now usually go for 1 hour in the week-ends and I achieved walking the Round the Bays last week-end in less than 1.5 hour pushing the buggy. But most importantly, I can fit my jeans again, yeah!!!

My next challenge: start doing Pilates at home with DVDs and then join a Pilates group.
